Each product is made to order to ensure the highest quality. Due to this our products can take up to 15 business days to arrive although they often arrive between 3-7 business days. If an order is outside of the 15 business or you are facing any other issues, please reach out to us via the contact form.

As each product is made to order, we do not accept returns. If you provide us with proof within two weeks of the delivery date that your order arrived damaged or in poor quality, we will either refund you or send a replacement. Please take pictures of the product, as well as the outside and inside of the package.

All of our products can be shipped within the USA. We also do offer international shipping for some of our products, but not for all of our collections. As an example, necklaces are shipped internationally.
